Why “Antithetic”?
“anti-thetic” (adj.)
1. sharply contrasted in character or purpose
In order to change your life you have to do things differently.
Things that are antithetic to one another contradict or oppose each other. You might say that eating too many processed carbs is antithetic to living a healthy and optimal quality of life.
The adjective antithetic is perfect for describing something that clashes with or cancels something else out. Your current lifestyle is antithetic to the lifestyle you strive to have.
The things you’ve done in the past, what you ate, your physical activity, or your mindset around food….have all contributed to a state of poor health and are the reason you’re trying to make changes today.
It’s time to BE.DIFFERENT and move to the next level!
